i'm not talking bout the draft...international drafting is just luck of the draw...no skill there other than making sure they actually are scouting overseas...and perhaps a little bout location. |

Its not unrealistic if most of the other teams are scouting in 1 star guys. Thats just like real baseball. There are definitely teams that suck at scouting and drafting |
